The action started with a first meeting between the various participating companies of the "Pôle Fibre Grand Est" to exchange about the approach, the first identified needs and the definition of the common working modalities.
The next step will be an audit in each of the companies to identify the stakes, the topics and elaborate a business watch monitoring, both for the sources and for the communication tools (e-mail, wiki, newsletter etc.).
The means: key information for the driving of their strategy.
A stake: an emergence and a development of common projects and an initialization of partnerships.
This collective action carried by the Pole of Competitiveness and supported by the DRIRE is led in partnership with Corteam consulting, who puts its expertise in the field of the business watch, to support this initiative.
